Expect To Sweat A LOT
Hydrate before, during and after class. SWEAT clients can bring their own bottles and fill them at our water station or purchase cold bottled water from the front desk.
Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your class start time. The SWEAT Crew will help get you set for class. Please note that if you do not arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed entry into class as priority is then given to those who are waitlisted and present. If you are running late for class, please call the studio and let us know that you are on your way.
Check in at the front desk upon arrival. Your spot will be released if you have not checked in 5 minutes prior to the start of class.
Before class, check in with your body. Our instructors are here to push and motivate you! But please remember to listen to your body and work at a level that is most comfortable to you. The SWEAT crew is always around to answer any questions and address any health concerns you may have in regards to your SWEAT class.
All clients are required to fill out a waiver prior to their first SWEAT. The waiver can be completed online as part of the registration process, or in person at the studio. All participants 17 years and under are required to have a parent or guardian’s signature in person.
